Return & Refund Policy

At Belezo Tropical, we want you to love every piece you order. If something isn't right, returns are simple — and free.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging. This applies to all orders shipped to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and New Zealand.

Free Returns

Return shipping is free. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and the return shipping address.

How to Start a Return

Contact our customer service team at support@belezo.store or call us at +1 (302) 488-9726 with your order number and reason for the return. We will send you return instructions and your prepaid label.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, swimwear and intimates can only be returned if unworn and with the hygiene liner intact. Gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the right size or style is to return the item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Late Refunds

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@belezo.store.
