Shipping Policy

We ship free of charge to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and New Zealand. All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Los Angeles, California.

Processing (Handling) Time

Orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after midnight local time begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

Orders to Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and New Zealand may be subject to local import taxes or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a replacement or refund.
